摘要
设计了一种电控发动机ECU检测系统。对离线的ECU输入模拟工作信号,激励其工作,测量ECU的喷油、点火脉宽等输出信号,通过与正常值比较来判断ECU电路板上存在故障的模块。系统实现了ECU各种工作参数的离线分析和显示,能够准确判断ECU故障部位。实验结果表明:该系统准确、可靠,提高了ECU的测试及维修效率。
A fault detection system was developed for the engine electronic control unit (ECU). The off-line ECU was in- spired to work by inputting it with work signals. The output signals, such as pulse width of the injector and the ignition were meas- ured. They were compared with their normal values, respectively. Then, the faults were found according to the matches. The off- line analysis and display of the signals can be performed by this system. And the experimental results show that the system is accu- rate and reliable, and can improve the efficiency of the fault detection and maintain of the ECU.
