摘要 针对航空发动机分布式控制系统的重要组成部件电磁活门,提出一种基于DSP的智能计量活门控制器的设计方案,并给出了具体的硬件电路和控制算法。DSP实现智能计量活门的闭环控制和自诊断,步进电机实现精确的角度位置即活门位置控制,CAN总线完成发动机中央处理器与DSP的数据交换。实验结果表明:基于DSP的智能计量活门控制器取得了良好的控制效果,系统控制精度高,适用于航空发动机分布式控制试验研究。 According to the main component of aero-engine distributed control system (ADCS), the intelligent scale valve based on DSP was designed. The hardware circuit and software arithmetic were proposed in detail. DSP realized the program control and the self-diagnosis of intelligent scale valve. The repeater motor accomplished the accurate angle control. CAN bus carried out the data exchange between DSP and aircraft engine CPU. Simulation demonstrates that the intelligent scale valve has good perform- ance with high control precision and it is suitable to the distributed control of aircraft engine.
