High Speed Linear Motion Displacement Measurement System Based on Magnetoresistive Principle

摘要 针对高速直线运动控制系统的位移测量需要,设计了一种基于磁阻原理的非接触式位移测量系统。系统以TMS320F2812数字信号处理器为核心构建,设计量程为70 mm,最高采样频率为50 kHz,并实现了以太网接入。介绍了该测量系统的工作原理、结构组成以及数据分析方法。测试结果表明:系统能够对8 m/s的直线运动进行准确测量。 Aimed at the requirement of displacement measurement for high speed linear motion control system, a non-contact displacement measurement system based on magnetoresistive principle was developed. The system was designed based on DSP TMS320F2812, the range of the system is 70 mm, the maximal sampling frequency is 50 kHz, and Ethernet accessing was achieved. The working principle and structure of the system were presented, as well as the analytical method. The test result shows that the proposed system can measure the 8 m/s linear motion with high accuracy.
