摘要
针对多段液压无级变速器的速度检测与控制,提出一种新的基于数字信号处理器事件管理模块的脉冲捕获功能的多路大范围变化转速测量方法。详细阐述了其基本原理,并给出基于该原理的转速测量系统的硬件实现途径和基于嵌入式可操作系统DSP/BIOS的软件设计方法。通过实地试验验证该方法实时性强、精度高、适用多路大范围转速测量。
In order to measure and control the speed of the multi-range hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission （HMCVT）, this paper presented a new method to measuring several rev based on the event manage unit of DSP. The fundamental theory of the new measuring method was discussed in detail. The hardware configuration and software design of the system based on the new method were introduced. Experimental result shows that the new method has good real-time response, high measure preci- sion and wide speed measuring range.
