摘要
提出了一种基于ARM的防抱死制动系统(ABS)车轮加速度测量方法。在对轮速传感器进行多种工况试验的基础上,设计出轮速信号的处理电路,利用32位高性能ARM单片机LPC2292的捕获通道和匹配通道实现对4路车轮加速度的同时测量,并给出了测量的程序流程。实验结果表明:该测量方法简化了系统,且提高了系统的精度和实时性,满足ABS的控制要求。
A measure method of acceleration of wheel in anti-lock braking system based on ARM was put forward. Based on the various working conditions experiment about the wheel speed sensor, the circuit for processing wheel speed signal was designed. The capture channels and the match channels of the 32 bit high-powered ARM series single-chip LPC2292 were used to measure the acceleration of four wheels at the same time. Besides, the flow chart of the calculation method was provided. The experimental results show that the measure method which can meet the demand of the control of ABS, simplify the system and enhance the preci- sion and the real-time requirement of the system.
