法律的“淡”政治问题探究

法律与政治密切相关,但法律更有其独立性,在法治社会里,法律不仅是实现政治统治的工具,更是解决社会问题和政治问题必不可少的手段,法律就是法律,它不应该成为政治的附庸而应该尽可能的"淡"化政治色彩,回归自己的本来面目成为名副其实的法律。

The law and the politics are closely related,but the law has its independence.In a society governmented by law,the law is not only a tool to realize political rule,but also an essential method to solve social problem and political issue.But the law is a law,it should not become the dependency of politic,but should as possible as ＂light＂ political colour,returns to its own territory,and becomes real law.
