摘要 2万m3金属双壁低温储罐是天津LG渤海化学有限公司35万tVCM装置的原料乙烯储罐,设计型式为金属双壁、外拱顶内吊顶结构。文章介绍了该储罐的设计参数、倒装工艺流程、主要施工设备和方法、重点控制的工序以及需要改进的不足之处。与传统的正装法相比,该方法在施工安全性、效率、成本和焊接质量方面有明显提高。 The 2×104 m3 low temperature storage tank with double metal walls is an ethylene storage tank of the 35×104 t VCM equipment in Tianjin Bohai Chemical Co., Ltd., and is the structure with double metal walls plus an outer dome roof and an inner suspension ceiling. The tank design parameters, reversal installa- tion procedure, main construction equipment and method, key control working procedure as well as some prob- lems needing to solve are presented in this paper. Compared with the traditional normal installation approach, this approach has remarkable improvement in aspects of construction safety, efficiency, cost and welding quality.
