摘要
结合钢质管道与钢质储罐阴极保护工程的情况,研究探讨了埋地管道和储罐阴极保护电流密度及保护电流的确定,并与规范中的推荐值进行对比。介绍了恒电位仪主要参数的确定,对长输管道穿越公路、铁路、水渠处阴极保护方案、新旧管道交叉交汇处阴极保护方案及钢质储罐如何合理设置接地装置提出了建议。
Associated with the practical application of cathodic protection for steel pipeline and storage tank, this paper probes into the proper cathodic protection current density and protection current for buried pipeline and tank, and compares them with the recommended values listed in relevant codes. It illustrates the determination of the main parameters of a potentiostat, proposes the cathodic protection scenarios of pipeline crossing highway, railway and water channel as well as the cathodic protection scenario of intersection of old and new pipelines, and explains how to set up a grounding device as well.
