摘要
施工索赔管理是工程项目合同管理工作的一个重要组成部分,对承包商来说,是指预测和发现索赔机会,并提出自己的索赔要求。设法得到合理赔偿、补偿或工期延长等,是承包商创收的三大支柱之一。文章根据国际工程施工索赔管理的经验,从引起索赔的原因、索赔工作的组织管理形式、索赔的工作程序、索赔的依据、索赔值的计算方法等方面对工程项目的索赔管理进行了介绍。
Construction counterclaim management is an important item of engineering project contract management. To contractor part, it means to predict and find counterclaim opportunity and present counter- claim demand. To manage to get reasonable reparation and compensation or prolong construction period is one of three backbones. On the basis of the experience from construction counterclaim management of international engineering, this paper introduces the counterclaim management of engineering project with respect to the counter- claim reasons, organization, working procedure, criterion, counterclaim value calculation method, and so on.
