摘要 本文主要介绍如何在Pro/E 3.0环境下实现渐开线斜齿轮参数化设计。利用渐开线方程和螺旋线方程驱动生成渐开线和螺旋线,同时又对模型主要尺寸通过关系式进行控制。通过二次开发工具Program编程的方法实现模型的参数化造型,用户只需按提示输入相应的特征参数即可生成新的模型。从而使渐开线斜齿轮的参数化设计方便快捷,减少了设计者的重复劳动,提高了设计效率。 How to realize parametric design of involute helix gear based on Pro/E 3. 0 is mainly introduced in the paper. Involute curve and spiral curve are driven by filar involute function equation and spiral curve equation respectively and main dimensions of the model are controlled by the relation. The customization developmem tool of Pro/E -program is applied to realize the parametric modeling and new model is generated only by inputting correlation characteristic parameters, which made parametric design of involute helix gear convenient and fast, reduced duplication labor of designer and increased the efficiency.
