The Right Views Officials Should Hold Towards Their Career,Work and Political Achievements

领导干部要树立正确的事业观、工作观、政绩观,以优良作风带领广大党员、群众迎难而上、锐意改革、共克时艰。这是党中央根据新的形势和任务以及领导干部队伍现状向全党提出的一个重大课题。树立正确的事业观、工作观、政绩观,是贯彻"三个代表"重要思想的必然要求,是学习和实践科学发展观的客观要求,对于实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标具有十分重要的意义。

In view of the present situation home and abroad and the leading force of the Party, Central Committee of CPC has called on the officials to hold a right view towards their career, work and political achievements, so that they can be role models in leading the other Party members and the masses to weather the hardships ahead in furthering the reform. It is an inevitable demand of the times and that of the Three Represents Thoughts that the officials hold a right attitude toward their career, work and political achievements.
