城镇空间规划理论历史演变的方法论审视

TO EXAMINE THE HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF URBAN SPATIAL PLANNING THEORY FROM THE POINT OF METHODOLOGY

根据相关理论在城镇空间规划中的地位与作用,城镇空间规划理论可分为5个方面:规划目的论、区位选择理论、空间发展论、空间布局论、规划实施论,它涵盖了规划从设想到实施的整个过程,反映了规划指导思想从权力主义、神权至上、经济本位、人本主义至人地和谐的转移。当然不同国家、不同地区,各种指导思想的影响不一样,越是发达地区,人地和谐论的影响越大,越是落后地区,权力主义的影响越大。同时,不同国家、不同地区要根据自身的发展水平和国情区情选择适当的规划理论与方法。

According to theory in urban spatial planning status and role, urban spatial planning theory can be divided into five areas： planning aim theory . location choice theory, theory of spatial development, theory of spatial distribution, the implementation of planning, it covers the planning from vision to implementation of the entire process, reflecting the thought from the powers of planning guidance, and divine right to supremacy, economic -based, human and earth are harmonious. Of course, different countries and nations, the impact of the various guiding ideology are not the same, the more developed regions, the impact of human and earth is the greater, the more backward areas, the influence of power is the greater. At the same time, different countries and regions according to their own level of development and national conditions select appropriate planning theories and methods.
