摘要
通过测定不同遮荫处理下百子莲根、茎、叶的鲜重与干重,计算比叶重和根冠比,讨论了遮荫对百子莲生物量的影响。结果表明,40%遮荫条件下,百子莲各项生物量指标均表现突出,生长最佳。因此,建议在园林植物造景中,使用百子莲作为林下地被来栽植;今后无论生产栽培还是作为提取有效药物成分的原材料,都应选择40%左右的遮荫环境进行栽培,以促进地上部分和根系的生长。
This study discussed different shading effects on the biomass of Agapanthus africanus,by testing the FW and DW of roots,stems,and leaves.The data about SLW and the T/R showed that Agapanthus africanus grew best under the 40% shading condition.In conclusion,Agapanthus africanus should be used as a kind of ground cover plants,even as raw materials for pharmacy.40% shading condition could promote the growth of its aboveground parts and underground parts.
