小气候环境对北京石楠耐寒性的影响

摘要 以北京市东城区3个示范区的石楠为研究对象,通过越冬形态观察、叶片组织结构显微观测和叶片电导率的测定,分析了小气候环境对石楠耐寒性的影响。结果表明,半背风向阳处石楠叶片的栅栏组织与总厚度的比值较高,相对电导率较低,耐寒性较强,可划为II级(生长基本正常,叶色、叶柄角度有一定变化,但经济(观赏)价值未降低。不经任何保护,即可正常越冬。能开花、结实)。背风不向阳处石楠耐寒性较差,归为III级(如无保护,当年生枝条会枯死;如加保护,当年生枝条枯死部分不超过1/3,株高、树冠都能逐年增加。一般只能开花,不能结实)。可见小气候环境对石楠的耐寒性有一定的影响,光照条件的选择是提高石楠等边缘树种耐寒性的主要途径。 The effects of microenvironments on hardness of Photinia serrulata cultivated in three sites in different surroundings in Dongcheng District of Beijing were analyzed though observing of winter morphology and leaf structure and measuring of leaf conductivity.The results show that the plants in semi-lee and full sunlight are harder to low temperature with higher ration of Palisade tissue and lower relative conductivity,while the plants in lee and shade are tender to cold.It is concluded that the microenvironment has affected the hardness of Photinia serrulata,and the selection of light conditions is an important way to increase the hardness of broadleaf evergreen species.
