室内绿化是园林景观在建筑内部的,或与建筑结合而形成的室内景观,具有净化空气、调节室内温度、增加湿度等多种功能。昆明地区的室内绿化植物与当地的自然环境、社会环境及地域文化有着密切的联系,按其形态特征可分为乔木、灌木、藤本、花卉,按其观赏特征可分为观叶、观花、观果、观姿态植物。其绿化形式根据植物栽植容器的摆放方式及应用,可分为陈列式、攀援式、垂吊式、壁挂式、盆景式和室内插花;根据室内绿化的规模大小及复杂程度,可分为室内容器栽植、室内景园和室内花园。

Indoor greening is an interior landscape,either inside buildings,or in conjunction with constructions.It has a variety of functions,such as purifying air,adjusting indoor temperature,and increasing indoor humidity.Indoor plants in Kunming are closely connected with its natural environment,social environment and regional cultures.According to the morphological characteristics,indoor plants could be classified as trees,shrubs,lianas and flowers;and to the ornamental characteristics,they could be classified as foliage plants,flower plants,ornamental fruit plants,and posture plants.Based on the position and application of planting containers,application forms of indoor plants could be classified as displaying,climbing,hanging,wall-mounted,bonsai displaying and flower arrangements;while on the scope of work to perform,the scale and complexity of design,they could be classified as indoor container planting,interior landscape and indoor garden.
