摘要
针对某热轧带钢厂设计的导卫和过渡装置无法满足某钢种生产要求的现象,通过对轧线导卫和过渡装置的观察和分析,从工艺生产的角度对轧线导卫和过渡装置的设备设计、工艺生产、自动控制方面进行大量摸索,不断改进设备并优化工艺参数,逐步改进卷形、避免轧制某钢种的废钢并改善带钢表面质量,在实际生产中已取得良好的应用效果。
In view of the fact that the original designed guide and transitional equipments can not satisfy the production requirements of some steels in the Hot Strip Mill a lot of improvements have been made in the field of the equipment design, steel production and automation control. In the meanwhile the equipments are modified and technology parameters optimized step by step and the coil shape gradually improved and in the end the rejected rate of the rolled products prominently reduced and surface quality of the rolled strip significantly improved and thus very satisfactory results achieved in the actual production.
