通过对搅拌头破损的形成与发展的观察,对各种破损形式的形成机理进行分析,探讨各种破损形式之间的相互影响关系。在搅拌头的制备方面,提出延长搅拌头使用寿命的具体措施,通过实际生产实践,达到延长搅拌头使用寿命的效果。

Based on observing the formation and development of the KR stirrer dilapidation, the formation mechanism of dilapidation in all forms is analyzed. The interrelation of influence between one another dilapidation form is discussed. The specific measures for prolonging the life of stirrer are put forward. The effect of prolonging the service life of the stirrer is obtained in the production practice.
