关于建立传染病病人归口管理集中收治制度的思考与建议

当前,传染病依然严重威胁着人民群众的生命健康,新修订的《传染病防治法》正式实施以来,各地加大了传染病集中收治的管理力度,使传染病得到有效控制,但目前还存在一些问题。为了进一步加强传染病医疗救治体系建设,整顿和规范传染病收治管理工作秩序,建立传染病归口管理、集中收治制度和诊疗体系是非常必要、切实可行的。不仅有利于传染病的规范管理、科学治疗,更有利于传染病医院走出生存困境及传染病医疗救治体系的可持续性发展。政府和主管部门的重视及支持是制度建立的关键,健全和完善医疗保障制度是其重要措施。

Currently,infectious diseases remain a serious threat to people's lives and health.The concentration management of infectious diseases has been improved since the newly revised 'Communicable Disease Prevention Law' was applied,and the infectious diseases were effectively controlled.But there are still some problems.The establishment of a centralized management,diagnostic and treatment system is needed to further enhance the medical treatment system and standardize the management of infectious diseases.It can not only standardize the management and treatment of infectious diseases,scientific,but also improve the survival of the infectious disease hospitals and the sustainable development of the medical treatment system of infectious diseases.Government and authorities should pay enough attention to build the system and improve the medical insurance system.
