Study on the Core Competencies System of Post Graduates Majored in Professional Clinical Medicine

目的构建临床医学专业学位硕士研究生核心能力指标体系,为推动我国临床医学专业学位研究生教育改革和创建教学评估工具提供参考依据。方法在查阅文献、专家访谈、小组讨论的基础上初步建立核心能力指标体系,采用德尔菲法对备选指标进行2轮专家咨询。结果确定了包含8个一级指标、32个二级指标、104个三级指标的临床医学专业学位硕士研究生核心能力指标体系。结论构建的临床医学专业学位硕士研究生核心能力指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性。

Objectives To construct the core competencies system of post graduates majored in professional clinical medicine in China and provide references for promoting post graduates' professional clinical medicine education reform of in China and the creation of teaching assessment tools. Methods A preliminary core competency evaluation index system was established by literature review,expert interview and panel discussion,and the given indexes were conducted on the clinical and medical education experts by a two-round Delphi methods. Results The core competencies system of post graduates majored in professional clinical medicine contains 8 primary indexes,32 secondary indexes and 104 third-level indexes were determined. Conclusions The core competencies system of post graduates majored in professional clinical medicine is a highly scientific index system and reliable.
