摘要
岗位设置工作是我国卫生事业单位人事制度改革的重要内容,是收入分配制度改革的前提和重要基础,也是完善医务人员职称评定制度及实行岗位绩效工资制度的需要。医院以开展岗位设置和聘用工作为契机,实行人力资源优化配置,打破身份管理、实行岗位管理,使人才结构在竞争中得到不断优化,并充分调动职工工作的主动性和创造性,使其更好地发挥各自的才能,促进医院更加健康、科学、快速地发展。
Implementation of management positions for health unit is an important part of the personnel system reform,income distribution system reform is a prerequisite and an important base,but also improve the medical staff job classification system and the implementation of job performance wage system needs.Hospital settings and employment positions to carry out the work as an opportunity to implement the optimal allocation of human resources,to break the identity management,the implementation of job management,personnel structure in the competition has been continually optimized and fully mobilize the initiative and creativity of workers work to make it better play to their talents,to promote better health hospital,scientific,and rapid development.
