摘要 飞行程序是由飞行员具体执行的,因此一个机场的仪表进、离场、等待等一系列仪表飞行程序的设计必须首先满足飞行员的可操纵性和安全性要求。探讨从飞行员的角度采取一种科学的方法来评估一套标准飞行程序的安全性和可操作性,进而凝练出既有最大限度的安全容限,又有简洁而且明晰的操纵程序,达到飞行的安全性、经济性、可用性和环保性的要求,这种程序就是标准的飞行程序对标准仪表程序的科学评估方法,有利于确保飞行员在进离场过程中始终处在合理的工作负荷范围内。 The instrument flight procedure is operated by flight crew,so the priority of an airport instrument flight procedure designing should in easy be operating for flight crew of the standard instrument procedures.The scientific approach to evaluate tha safety and interobility in a maximum safety mang in with simple and clear operation will be proved as standand instrument filght procedure.The scientific way to evaluate the standard instrument flight procedure is the best way to reasonably arrange the workload for pilots and flight safety will be improved.
