庆探1井钻井液技术实践

摘要 庆探1井为三开直井,其洛河组、刘家沟组为薄弱地层易井漏,直罗组、安定组泥岩发育容易发生缩颈卡钻,山西、太原煤层发育易坍塌,二开3 600~4 300 m井段有异常高压气体会导致钻井液污染严重。在实践中不同钻井液体系处理不同地层情况,控制防踏抑制性,确保井壁稳定。 No 1.Exploratory well is a vertical three-section well.The Luohe layer and Liujiagou layer are weak layers.Wellbore shrinkage and sticking might occur due to the well developed mudstone of Zhiluo and Anding layers.Collapse might probably come up because of the mature coal bed of Sanxi layer and Taiyuan layer.The abnormal HP gas in section from 3 600m to 4 300 m can cause bad damage to the drilling fluid.Regarding different layers,various drilling fluid systems are used.Dealing with the circulation lost in time so as to ensure drilling fluid’s collapse prevention ability and ascertain a stable hole,fast drilling and cut short the drilling period by 56 days.
