摘要
蒸汽动力系统是石化企业的重要组成部分,也是耗能大户,其任务是将一次能源转换成二次能源,为生产过程提供所需动力、电力、热能和蒸汽等公用工程。如何实施全厂蒸汽动力系统的优化,是石化企业节能降耗的重要途径。20世纪80年代至今,以优化计算方法为支撑的蒸汽动力系统的优化研究比较活跃,夹点分析法、顶层分析法、数学规划法以及R-曲线法相继得到广泛应用;与此同时,国内外相继开发出一系列商品化软件。中国石化(SINOPEC)自2007年引进公用工程设计与调度优化软件Site-Int,已在14家下属企业进行了推广应用,获得了良好的节能效果和经济效益。实践表明,蒸汽动力系统优化技术已经成为中国石化生产企业不可缺少的技术支持与辅助工具,可以帮助企业识别蒸汽动力系统存在的操作瓶颈问题,找到节能改造的机会,从而实现节能减排、降本增效的目的。
The steam power system is an important component of a petrochemical enterprise and is also a major energy consumer.Such system is used to convert primary energy to secondary energy to provide power,electricity,heat and steam for production processes.Optimizing steam power system at a plant level is an important approach for a petrochemical enterprise to save energy.Since the 1980s,the studies into optimizing steam power systems based on optimized computing methods have been very active and many methods such as the pinch point analytic method,the top level analysis,mathematical programming approaches and the R curve method have been widely used.During the same period,a host of commercial software has been developed worldwide.Sinopec introduced the public utility design and scheduling optimization software,Site-Int,in 2007.To date,this software has been adopted by 14 Sinopec units and the application has achieved good energy saving and economic effects.Steam power system optimization technology has become an indispensable technical support and auxiliary tool for Sinopec′ s productive units as it can help identify operation bottlenecks in steam power systems and opportunities for technical upgrades for saving energy to achieve the objectives of saving energy,reducing emissions and cost and increasing efficiency.
