摘要
目的建立八味肉桂片中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:0.1%磷酸溶液(17:83)为流动相,检测波长为233nm,流速为1mL.min-1。结果线性范围为0.08445～42.225mg,r值均为0.9999;回收率为99.46%,RSD分别为1.93%,1.74%;结论芍药苷的含量测定方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为八味肉桂片的含量测定方法之一。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Baweirougui tablets. METHODS The content of Baiweirougui tablets was determinated by HPLC. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（ 17 ： 83）, the detection wavelength was 233nm. RESULTS The calibration curves for paeoniflorin were linear over the range of 0. 08445-- 42. 225μg. The recovery rate was 99.46 % with RSD 1.93 %. CONCLUSIONS The method was simple and accurate. It will be used for the quality control of Baiweirougui tablets.
