不同产地前胡栽培品和野生品的总香豆素含量测定

Content determining of total Coumarin in wild and cultivated Radix Peucedani in different districts of Zhejiang Province

目的对不同产地前胡栽培品和野生品的质量进行研究。方法使用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果不同产地前胡栽培品和野生品的质量相差不大。结论本文研究成果为前胡的引种驯化、扩大栽培和GAP基地建设提供了依据。

OBJECTIVE To study the quality of wild and cultivated Radix Peucedani in different districts of Zhejiang province. METHODS We determined the contents by UV spectrophotometer. RESULTS The quality is almost the same of wild and cultivated Radix Peucedani in different districts of Zhejiang province. CONCLUSIONS The result provides the evidences for cultivating Radix Peucedani plentifully and building the base of Gap.
