摘要
目的测定蒲黄炭中的鞣质含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定蒲黄炭中的鞣质的含量,在碱性的条件下加磷钼钨酸,于750nm处测定吸光度,以没食子酸为标准计算样品中鞣质的含量。结果标准曲线为Y=130.4106X+0.1218,r=0.999049。结论该方法结果可靠,可用于蒲黄炭的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine the tannic contents of Pollen Typhae carbonisatus. METHODS Use UV spectrophotometry to test the tannic contents in Pollen Typhae carbonisatus, make color by adding Folin reagent at alkaline state, measure adsorbance at 750nm, take gallic acid as standard in calculating the tannic contents of sample. RESULTS The standard curve was Y = 130.4106X ＋ 0.1218, r = 0. 9999. CONCLUSIONS The method is reliable and can be used to test the tannic contents of Pollen Typhae and its different processed products.
