本文通过对印制电路板湿法加工流程进行分析和研究,找出加工过程中能耗高、物耗大、污染重的主要原因,提供生产过程中节能降耗的解决方案,促进末端处理向预防性改善的转变,大力推动PCB行业的清洁生产和成本节约。

Through analysis and research of the PCB wet processing,this article wants to find out the main reason of heavy pollution and high consumption of energy and materials,and then find the solution to save energy and reduce consumption in the production process,accelerate changes from end treatment to preventive improvement,in order to promote PCB industry cleaner production and cost saving.
