Science and technology statistics is the quantitative determination of university R&D activities,It can accurately reflect the level and development trends of scientific research,Also the basis work of developing technology policy and technology development plans,conducive to realizing technology management science and modernization.This paper analyzes the factors that effects work quality of beijing university science and technology statistics,with the second national R&D resource inventories of Beijing universities,discussing specific response measures,the results would provide reference for management departments.
