新专利法实施对高校知识产权管理带来的影响

第三次修改后的专利法自2009年10月1日起施行。根据此次专利法修改的精神,高校知识产权管理应当积极适应变化,做出相应管理办法的调整。着重从与高校知识产权管理密切相关的绝对新颖性,防止重复授权和提高职务发明奖励报酬三个方面进行了分析,并提出了相关建议。

The patent law of the People's Republic of China amended for the third time implementing on December 1,2009.According to the ideas of these amendments,colleges and universities should adapt to these amendments,and adjust the intellectual property management regulations.This article discussed on three parts:possess absolute novelty,only one patent right shall be granted,the entity to which a patent right is granted shall award the inventors a money prize on favorable terms.And this article also making its suggestions.
