高校科技统计管理的实践与思考

Practice and thoughts of science and technology statistical management in higher schools

高校科技统计是国家科技统计的重要组成部分,是高校制定科技发展战略、进行科技决策、制定科研管理办法等科技政策的重要依据。因种种原因,高校科技统计仍存在质量不高情况,作者根据本单位科技统计工作的具体情况,结合统计工作特点,重点探讨了提高高校科技统计质量的管理模式与方法。

As one of the most important sections of the national statistics on science and technology,scientific statistics in higher schools is the importantessential basis for universities to make scientific policies,including setting scientific development strategyies,making scientific decisions and working out scientific management measures.,FBut orof some reasons,however,the quality of statistics on science and technology for universities is not good enough.Based on the actual situation of statistics on science and technology of the authors' its university as well as,combined the their experiences oin f scientific statistics,this paper focuses emphases on a study of management models and methods to improve quality of the scientific statistics infor universities.
