从统计数据看高职院校科研的定位——以北京工业职业技术学院为例

Research orientation in higher vocational colleges from the statistics——Taking Beijing polytechnic college as an example

以北京工业职业技术学院为例,通过科研投入人员职称结构、学历结构、年龄结构分析及投入经费研究类别、系部分配分析,认为高职院校科研人员学历、职称偏低、年龄偏小,故建议科研经费投入应与专业建设相结合,加强企业合作,以应用研究为重点。

Taking Beijing Polytechnic college as an example,this paper analyses the staff structures in professional titles,educational levels and ages,and investigates the input funds distributed to types of research and departments.The result is found that both professional titles and educational levels of the research staff are rather low and that the structure of the ages is not quite reasonable.Therefore,some suggestions are provided in this paper that the scientific research funds be combined with the specialty building,that cooperations with enterprises be strengthened,and that more emphasis be placed on applied research.
