激励视角下“用工荒”现象的研究——以珠三角地区的“用工荒”现象为研究对象 被引量:4

摘要 从激励的角度出发,运用双因素理论对珠三角地区出现的"用工荒"现象进行了分析,研究认为,出现"用工荒"现象的深层次原因在于企业未能采取科学合理的激励措施,并提出了相应的一些对策和建议。
