双组分颗粒循环流化床中颗粒-颗粒曳力的比较

摘要 颗粒-颗粒曳力作用对多组分颗粒的分离与混合起着重要作用。采用syamlal曳力模型时,大小颗粒在轴向没有得到明显的分离,大小颗粒沿轴向基本均匀分布,与实验结果相差较大。而采用no-drag-sn模型时与实验值吻合较好,颗粒在轴向存在明显的分离,固体体积分数和平均颗粒直径沿轴向单调递减,粗颗粒易于聚集在床层底部,细颗粒易于聚集在床层中上部。
