摘要 在超重力机中进行氧气溶解实验,提出了水体增氧的新型方法。主要考察了主机转速、水流量和氧气流量对水中溶解氧浓度的影响。超重力机旋转填料内径为27.5 mm,外径为57 mm,高度为24 mm。实验结果表明:转速、氧气流量增加有利于溶解氧浓度增大;随着水流量增加,溶解氧浓度先递增,后略微下降。与传统增氧机相比,超重力机增氧效果显著,在水产养殖中具有良好的应用前景。 This study investigated the feasibility of applying rotating packed bed(RPB)to dissolving oxygen in water.Oxygen dissolving experiments were conducted to examine the dissolved oxygen concentration at various operating variables,including RPB speed,liquid flow rate,gas flow rate.The RPB had an inner radius of 27.5 mm,outer radius of 57 mm and an axial height of 24 mm.Experimental results indicated that increasing RPB speed and gas flow rate enhanced dissolved oxygen concentration.However,dissolved oxygen concentration appeared to increase with increasing liquid flow rate initially,and then gently decreased.Compared with conventional oxygen pump,a rotating packed bed could be used to increase dissolved oxygen concentration in water effectively,thanks to its high mass transfer characteristics.
