摘要
采用MTG技术生产汽油,既能缓解国内油品短缺又可解决甲醇产能过剩问题,但装置能否正常生产取决于甲醇和汽油的价格。按照目前国内油品市场价格,对两种加工方案进行技术经济比较,结果表明,分离均四甲苯方案优于加氢方案。
Shortage of petroleum products and over-capacity of methanol production in China can be alleviated or resolved by methanol to gasoline technology.But the constraint of normal operation is the price of methanol and gasoline.According to current oil price in China,techno-economic analysis of two methanol to gasoline schemes was made.The results showed that the durene separation scheme was better than the hydrogenation scheme.
