摘要 近年来,多相催化酯交换制备生物柴油因其环境和经济效益突出而成为研究热点。但由于多相催化过程存在的非均相和催化界面导致酯交换反应时间过长、转化率低。针对多相催化酯交换生物柴油中存在的这些问题,人们研究了一些过程强化技术。本文概述了近期有关超声波、微波等过程强化技术在多相催化酯交换制备生物柴油中的应用。 Production of biodiesel by transesterification via heterogeneous catalys has attracted significant attention due to its great environmental and economic benefits.However,its heterogeneous nature and catalytic interface lead to the problems of long reaction time and low conversion of transesterification during the heterogeneous catalytic process.For this purpose,some process intensification technologies have been studied and used in the preparation of biodiese1.In this paper,the recent progress of the application of process intensification technologies,such as ultrasound,microwave,etc.To enhance heat exchange and mass transport in the biodiesel production by transesterification via heterogeneous catalyst are reviewed.
