新型能源二甲醚合成催化剂和工艺发展综述 被引量:3

摘要 二甲醚(DME)作为一种多用途的清洁环保能源,因其作为新型清洁燃料在替代柴油或液化气方面的广阔的市场前景,近年来受到了越来越多的关注。二甲醚的合成主要有甲醇脱水(两步法)、合成气直接合成(一步法)和二氧化碳加氢合成三种途径,而目前已工业化的工艺包括甲醇气相脱水、合成气直接合成和二甲醚/甲醇联产三种工艺。本文对二甲醚合成催化剂及工艺的最新发展进行了综述。 Dimethyl ether(DME)is a clean and environment-friendly energy source with excellent combustion performance.The promising substitute of DME for LPG as a civil fuel and diesel as a transportation fuel has made DME a focus both in industrial manufacture and academic research.DME can be synthesized via three routes:dehydration of methanol(two-step method),direct synthesis from syngas(one-step method),and hydrogenation of CO2.Methanol gas-phase dehydration,one-step synthesis from syngas,and DME/methanol joint production are commercialized processes.This paper reviews the recent development in both catalysts and processes of DME synthesis.
