摘要
环己烯是一种非常重要的有机化工原料,广泛应用于医药、农药、染料、洗涤剂、炸药、饲料添加剂、聚酯和其它精细化学品的生产。苯选择加氢合成环己烯是大批量获得环己烯的最佳方法。本文从苯选择加氢的反应机理、催化剂活性组分、催化剂制备方法、反应体系组成以及反应工艺方面,综述了苯选择性加氢制备环己烯技术的研究进展。
Cyclohexene is an important raw material containing an active double bond.Cyclohexene can be used in medicine,pesticide,dye,detergent,dynamite,feedstuff,polyester,and other fine chemicals.Selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene is the best method to obtain cyclohexene.This paper sums up the technical progress of benzene selective hydrogenation to cyclohexene in terms of the reaction mechanism of benzene selective hydrogenation,active component of the catalyst,preparation method of the catalyst,constitution of the reaction system and reaction process.
