高抗结焦、高选择性裂解汽油二段加氢催化剂 被引量:2

Research on second stage hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline with high anti-coking and selectivity performance

摘要 通过在氨水中添加特定碱性带胺基络合试剂及碱金属氢氧化物得到一种高碱性的浸渍液。通过TPR、NH3-TPD、TEM等技术表征发现,采用该新浸渍液配制技术制备的催化剂活性组分还原度高、分散性好,催化剂强酸性中心的强度降低。裂解汽油二段加氢性能500 h评价结果表明,催化剂的加氢产品硫含量小于0.2μg/g,溴价小于0.5 gBr2/100 g,苯加氢损失率小于0.5%,经过600 h运转后反应器压差仅上升0.18 MPa。说明采用该方法制备的催化剂具有良好的抗结焦性能和优良的选择性。 A highly alkaline impregnation solution was obtained by adding specified alkali chelating agent with amine group and alkali metal hydroxide into aqueous ammonia.The catalyst prepared with this impregnation solution was characterized by TPR,NH3-TPD and TEM.The results showed that reduction degree and dispersion of active components were improved and acid strength of strong acid site was decreased.The catalytic performance for the second stage hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline was evaluated.Results of 500 h evaluation showed that sulfur content of hydrogenation production was less than 0.2 ·g/g,bromine value was less than 0.5 gBr2/100g,benzene loss rate was less than 0.5%.600 hours evaluation results showed that reactor pressure difference increased by only 0.18 MPa.The catalyst prepared with this impregnation solution possessed excellent anti-coking and selectivity performance.
