摘要
氟喹诺酮类药物的残留问题引起了人们的普遍关注,发展快速准确的检测方法势在必行。综述了分子印迹技术的原理和聚合方法、氟喹诺酮类药物分子印迹聚合物的制备方法及其在动物源性食品检测中的应用。指出传统的分子印迹技术存在的问题是繁琐和吸附效率低。提出分子印迹聚合物微球将成为今后的发展趋势和新的研究热点。
People have paid a more attention to the pesticides residues,just like fluoroquinolones,so the rapid detection method is required.In this paper the application of molecular imprinted polymer of fluoroquinolones on the detection of food stem form animals,including recognition principles,preparation,current applications,problems and its future.This paper indicates the disadvantage of traditional molecular imprinted is complex and low adsorption.Pointing out the trend and central issue of molecular imprinted is surface imprinted polymers on microsphere.
