介绍了几种以化学法为基础的制备无机超细粉体的新方法及其近期的应用进展,包括共沉淀法、均匀沉淀法,沉淀法的技术要点、溶胶-凝胶法和微乳化法。这些方法可用于多晶功能陶瓷材料、荧光粉、高效率催化剂等多种超细无机材料的研制,特别适用于实验室的无机超细材料的研制。

This paper states several new methods of preparing inorganic nanoparticle material which based on chemical reaction,and new development about these new methods.They are common precipitation method;homogenous precipitation methods as well as technologic factor about precipitation method;sol-gel method and fine emulsifying method.These methods can be applied to preparing much fine inorganic material,such as polycystic ceramic material;phosphors;high efficiency catalyst et al.and be particularly appropriate for the preparing study on inorganic nanoparticle material in the laboratory.
