复合土钉墙结合逆作法基坑设计施工关键技术

摘要 苏州新苏德基广场深基坑工程采用地上一层复合土钉+地下两层逆作,是该地区很有特色的工程案例。主要介绍该工程设计施工的关键技术,包括复杂周边环境、地层条件下土钉施工技术、基坑止水防水设计、土方开挖、逆作法主要施工节点处理、不均匀沉降控制等,为类似工程积累一定的工程经验。 The deep foundation pit of Xinsudeji Square in Suzhou is constructed by use of the composite soil nailing method and the top-down method.It is a very distinctive engineering case in this area.Some key design and construction techniques used in the case are mainly introduced.They include the construction technology of soil nailing in complex construction environment and stratigraphic condition,earth excavation technology,water-resistant and waterproof design,treatment of critical construction nodes and control of uneven settlement,etc.The success of this case may provide engineering experience for similar projects.
