湖州垃圾焚烧工程破碎带地基的基础设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对破碎带地基可能给建筑物带来的危害,分析建筑避让方案、注浆处理方案、基础厚板或梁"跨越"方案、桩基方案等多个地基处理方案,在处理效果、适用性、施工、工程造价等多方面进行论述。以湖州垃圾焚烧发电工程为工程实例,综合勘探部门的多次补勘结果,进行多方案比较后,最终采用桩基方案穿透破碎带落在基岩上,以减小破碎带内外基础的沉降差。从施工到运行后的沉降观测结果表明,桩基方案有效解决了建筑物地基的刚度不均,较好的控制了沉降值和沉降差。 Based on the risks of the building caused by fracture zone,a plurality of solutions of construction avoidance,casting process,fundamental thick plate or beam striding and piles foundation are analyzed,and the dispose effect,applicability,construction effect,cost and so on are demonstrated.The project for Huzhou Power Project by incineration refuse is used as an example,in which the pile foundation is finally selected in consideration of several results of additional exploration by the exploration division and comparison of the plurality of solutions for the purpose of perforating the fracture zone in order to minish the sedimentation difference of the foundation.The results of sedimentation observation in the course of the construction and the running demonstrate that that the solution of piles foundation can improve the uniformity in stiffness of the ground of the building effectively,control sedimentation values and sedimentation differences better.
