摘要
结合上海某大厦工程,对三轴水泥土搅拌桩强度问题进行了多种试验分析,包括搅拌桩取芯强度试验、搅拌桩现场取浆室内试块强度试验、静力触探试验和标准贯入试验等,对每种试验方法的优缺点和适用性进行了总结。鉴于搅拌桩取芯强度试验的固有缺点,提出以取浆试验代替取芯试验,以弥补取芯过程中离散性较大、强度损失严重、试验结果偏小等缺点。最后利用所研发的搅拌桩浆液深层取样机,对搅拌桩取芯强度试验和取浆试块强度试验进行了对比分析,得出了一些有益的结论。
Several strength tests are conducted in soil-cement piles mixed by triaxial stirring machine,including trials of drilling core of soil-cement mixed piles,trials of taking soil-cement grout,cone penetration tests,standard penetration tests and CPT,based on an actual engineering in Shanghai.The advantages and disadvantages of these tests as well as their applicability are summarized.An important suggestion is given of replacing trial of drilling core of soil-cement mixed piles with trial of taking soil-cement grout in order to avoid the larger discreteness strength loss in the trials of drilling core of soil-cement mixed piles.Comparative analysis is made between the trial results of taking soil-cement grout and those of drilling core by using the sampling device developed in the paper.
