联合加味四妙勇安汤治疗出血性卒中并下肢静脉血栓形成的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Flavored Simiao Yongan Tang Treatment for Hemorrhagic Stroke Complicated with Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的探讨加味四妙勇安汤治疗出血性卒中并下肢静脉血栓形成的可行性及临床应用价值。方法将出血性卒中并下肢静脉血栓形成38例随机分为单纯西药组18例和中西医结合组20例。两组均予基础治疗,中西医结合组在此基础上加用加味四妙勇安汤,连用3周,定期复查肝、肾功能及凝血功能,于开始用药及用药3周时行超声检查并测量患肢周径。结果单纯西药组治愈率为5.6%,总有效率为38.9%;中西医结合组治愈率为70.0%,总有效率95.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。单纯西药组各项凝血功能略有增强,中西医结合组自用药第7天起各项凝血功能指标均不同程度改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论联合加味四妙勇安汤治疗出血性卒中并下肢静脉血栓形成安全、有效,不良反应少。

Objective To discuss the application value and feasibility of flavored Simiao Yongan Tang treatment for hemorrhagic stroke complicated with deep vein thrombosis.Methods 38 patients with hemorrhagic stroke complicated with deep vein thrombosis were randomly divided into simple western medicine group(18 cases) and integrated TCM-WM group(20 cases).Both groups were treated with basic therapy.The integrated TCM-WM group was also given flavored Simiao Yongan Tang for 3 weeks on the basis of basic therapy.All patients accepted periodic check of liver and kidney function and the function of blood coagulation.They also accepted ultrasonography detection and limb perimeter measuring at the beginning of therapy and after a 3-week therapy.Results The cure rate of simple western medicine group was 5.6% and the total effective rate was 38.9%.By comparison,the cure rate of integrated TCM-WM group was up to 70.0% and the total effective rate was 95.0%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).All kinds of blood coagulation function of simple western medicine group increased slightly.By contrast,from the seventh day,the various indicators of blood coagulation function of integrated TCM-WM group increased to a certain degree.There was also statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Flavored Simiao Yongan Tang treatment of hemorrhagic stroke complicated with deep vein thrombosis is safe,effective and has few adverse reactions.
