硫酸镁在鼻内窥镜术麻醉中的应用

摘要 目的观察硫酸镁在鼻内窥镜术麻醉中的应用效果。方法将拟行鼻内窥镜下鼻息肉摘除、鼻窦开放术60例患者随机分为硫酸镁组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组各30例。观察术中出血量、手术时间以及芬太尼、丙泊酚、维库溴铵的用量和术中平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR)的变化。结果 A组和B组相比术中出血量、手术时间以及芬太尼、丙泊酚、维库溴铵和术中MAP、HR有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁在鼻内窥镜手术麻醉中的应用,可以降低血压、减慢心率、减少麻醉药和肌松药的消耗。
