摘要
急性阑尾炎是临床常见的急腹症,大部分急性阑尾炎根据典型的临床症状、体征及其血常规检查结果,术前不难诊断。但是在临床也常遇到部分患者临床表现不典型或与其他急腹症表现相似而较难诊断,以致延误治疗甚至产生严重的并发症。
