蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体抗压强度的影响因素分析研究

摘要 蒸压粉煤灰砖是目前我国重点推广的墙体建筑材料之一,在内蒙古地区由于对蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体的研究较少,严重影响其在实践工程中的推广使用。本文的主要目的是研究分析砂浆与块体的强度、砂浆的和易性、砖块是否湿润、灰缝厚度、加载速度等对蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体抗压强度的影响。结果表明:在诸多影响因素中,砂浆和块体强度、砂浆的和易性、水平灰缝饱满度、加载速度对抗压强度的影响最为显著。 Currently,Autoclave coal ash brick is one of the key promotion building wall materials in our country.In the Inner Mongolia region,few research of autoclave coal ash brick masonry is carried out,and its application is seriously influenced in the practice of engineering.In this paper,the mortar cement mortar strength,workability,brick’s wet,grey seam thickness,loading rate on the autoclave coal ash brick masonry compressive strength are mainly studied.The results show that the mortar cement mortar strength,workability,horizontal seam plumpness,and ash loading significantly influence the compressive strength in the various factors.
