摘要
从影响投资的三个主要阶段,即决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段分析我国工业项目投资的全过程控制中普遍出现的问题,结合经验指出这些问题出现的原因,并给出工业项目投资的全过程控制措施,以期为工业项目投资者进行投资全过程控制提供借鉴和参考。
This paper mainly analyzes those questions,which appeared in the entire process control of industrial project investment in our country,from three main stages,including the policy-making stage,the designing stage,the constructing stage.It points out the reasons of these questions by experiences,and gives the measures of entire process control of industrial project investment in order to provide references for the investors of industrial project.
