Determination of the Content of Ginsenoside Rb1 in Tiepishihu Beverage by HPLC

摘要 目的建立测定铁皮石斛饮料中人参皂苷Rb1含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(32∶68);流速:1.0mL·min-1;进样体积:10μL,柱温:40℃;检测波长:203nm。结果人参皂苷Rb1在1.012~5.06μg内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率为102.3%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论该法准确,简便,快速,灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于铁皮石斛饮料中人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of ginsenoside Rb1 in Tiepishihu beverage.METHODS An Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(32 ∶ 68),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the wavelength of detector was 203 nm,the injection volume was 10 μL and column temperature was set at 40 ℃.RESULTS The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 1.012-5.06 μg.The average recovery(n=6) was 102.3%,RSD was 1.8%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,fast and accurate for analysis of ginsenoside Rb1 in Tiepishihu beverage.
